When is a commission earned?
A commission is recorded once a referred order reaches a paid status in our order system. The amount is calculated from the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping and tax.
Why is there a 30-day hold?
Every commission is held for 30 days after the qualifying order so refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks can settle. After the hold clears, the commission becomes payable.
When do payouts happen?
Payouts are processed monthly on payable balances of $50 or more. Balances below the minimum roll forward to the next cycle.
How is a referral tracked?
Your referral link sets a first-party record in the visitor's browser for 30 days. The first affiliate to refer a visitor keeps the attribution, and the referral is verified on our servers when the order is created.
What happens with refunds or chargebacks?
Commissions tied to refunded, cancelled, or reversed orders are voided. If a commission was already paid out, it is recorded as a negative adjustment against future commissions so the audit trail stays intact.
Can I get a higher rate?
Yes. The standard rate is 15%, and custom rates may be granted based on sustained, compliant performance. Your current rate is always shown in your dashboard.
