All products in the Neon Valley catalog are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. This policy governs all purchases regardless of jurisdiction.

Restricted uses

• No human or animal administration.
• No clinical diagnostic or therapeutic use.
• No compounding into consumer or veterinary products.
• No resale outside a research context.

Researcher responsibility

The receiving researcher is responsible for handling, storage, disposal, and adherence to all local, national, and institutional research protocols. Neon Valley Research is not a party to the receiver's downstream research design.

Merchant compliance summary

The following controls are in place across the Neon Valley Research storefront:

• 21+ age verification and RUO acknowledgment gate on entry.
• Account creation required to place an order; no guest orders.
• Company or institution name is optional at registration — independent researchers may register without one.
• Research field selection required at registration (Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Academic Research, Institutional Research, Other).
• Mandatory acknowledgment that products are for research purposes only and will not be used for human therapeutic purposes.
• Mandatory acceptance of Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.
• Lot-specific Certificates of Analysis are published to the COA library as each batch report is completed.
• Standardized product-level and footer RUO disclaimers on every page.
• Scientific names and technical descriptions only. No brand names, dosage, protocol, human-use, or outcome language.
