By accessing this website or purchasing from Neon Valley Research ("NVR", "we", "our") you agree to the following terms. They apply to every visitor, account holder, and order.

Research Use Only

All products listed on this site are sold strictly for laboratory research and identification purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not for therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, nutritional, or dietary application. By placing an order you agree that the materials will not be administered to humans or animals in any form.

Eligibility

Products are sold to qualified researchers, academic institutions, and industrial research partners. You must be at least 21 years of age or older to purchase. NVR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Account required

A researcher account is required to complete a purchase. Orders cannot be placed without an account. During account creation or checkout you must provide a valid email address and select your primary research field. A company or institution name is optional — independent researchers may register without one.

Required acknowledgments

Before an order can be submitted you must affirm that:

• The materials will be used solely for laboratory research or identification purposes and will not be used for human therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary purposes.
• You have read and accept these Terms of Service.
• You have read and accept the Privacy Policy.

Product information

Product listings use scientific and technical language only. NVR does not provide dosage guidance, administration protocols, cycles, stacks, testimonials, or wellness, anti-aging, performance, weight-loss, or recovery claims. Lot-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA) are published to the COA library as each report is completed; current document availability is shown there. A listing without a published report is labeled accordingly.

Prohibited uses

• Administration to any human or animal subject.
• Compounding, resale, or distribution outside a research context.
• Use in food, cosmetic, dietary, or veterinary products.
• Any use that violates applicable local, national, or institutional research regulations.

Pricing, availability, and orders

Prices, product availability, and specifications may change without notice. Placement of an order is an offer to purchase and does not constitute a binding contract until NVR accepts the order and dispatches the material.

Shipping, refunds, and returns

Shipping terms are described on the Shipping page. All sales are final and delivered research materials are not returnable or exchangeable, except as described in the Refund & Return Policy or as expressly required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NVR disclaims all warranties beyond those expressly stated in product documentation, and disclaims liability for any use of products outside a laboratory research context. NVR's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

Neon Valley Research LLC is a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

NVR may update these terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted to this page. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
