What does Research Use Only (RUO) mean?
Research Use Only (RUO) materials are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or animal use and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary purposes.
Where do your products come from?
Neon Valley Research LLC is an online retailer. Our research-use-only laboratory materials are supplied by selected supply partners. We apply consistent sourcing standards and are committed to providing accurate product information and available analytical documentation.
Are Neon Valley materials for human or animal use?
No. Research use only. Not for human or animal use.
Is documentation available for every product?
Published certificates are listed under Resources → Certificates of Analysis and linked from the corresponding product page. Lot documentation is added to the COA library as reports become available; current document availability is shown there.
How do I access a COA?
Where a certificate has been published, it is linked from the product page and indexed under Resources → Certificates of Analysis. For a batch- and lot-specific report matching a shipped vial, email neonvalleyresearch@gmail.com with the order number.
Are your products independently tested?
Independent, lot-specific analytical documentation is published in the COA library and linked from the product page as reports become available. Listings without a published report are labeled “Testing in Progress. Coming soon!”
Can I request historical batch data?
Yes. Contact neonvalleyresearch@gmail.com with the batch and lot number.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international, overseas, or cross-border shipping.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our US-based facility.
What shipping options are available?
Domestic UPS service levels are shown with their live rates and estimated transit windows at checkout, along with any free-shipping threshold currently in effect. Most domestic deliveries are expected within 1–7 business days after carrier acceptance, depending on destination and service.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed to you after your order ships. Tracking can take up to one business day after handoff to UPS before it starts showing scan activity.
What is your refund and return policy?
All sales are final and delivered research materials are not returnable or exchangeable. There is a limited exception if an order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item(s), or is missing item(s) — contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photos.
